Nurture your emotions

"Emotional healing is the process of recognizing, allowing, accepting, integrating, and processing painful experiences and emotions. It can involve empathy, self-regulation, self-compassion, self-acceptance, mindfulness, and integration. Emotional wounds are the aftermath left by the experience of an uncomfortable or unpleasant situation."

Curriculum

 

In this workshop we will cover the following topics:

  • Introduction to meditation

  • How to develop self-love

  • Meditation to release guilt

  • Techniques for coping with loss (grief)

 

6-hour workshop for individuals and/or groups (3 classes of 2 hours each)

Cost varies for organizations

No previous experience required, just a desire to learn and explore
