Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation serves as a complementary therapy that balances body and mind, promoting relaxation and calming the mind. During meditation, you focus your attention on a specific object or thought. Practicing mindfulness helps you stay present in everything you do.

Curriculum:


In this beginner workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation to release fear and anxiety. Start cultivating a deep connection between your body and mind, leading to balance, self-discovery, and well-being.
