We will combine somatic yoga techniques, meditation, and body awareness practices to help you tune into your inner self and release accumulated tension. Each movement becomes an expression of your essence, allowing you to explore your limits and expand your consciousness.

In this workshop, you will experience the unity between the body and awareness of physical sensations. Understanding this connection will enable you to recognize and appreciate the relationship between your emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations, promoting greater self-awareness and other benefits.
