Holotropic breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that utilizes controlled, rapid breathing to help individuals access their subconscious and achieve elevated states of consciousness. The goal is to improve physical and mental health while promoting personal growth and self-awareness. While rooted in a spiritual framework, this increasingly popular practice serves as a unique self-healing process for achieving wholeness.

Curriculum:
Holotropic breathwork refers to controlled breathing techniques. During practice, you intentionally alter your inhalation and exhalation patterns to achieve the following benefits:
- Reduce stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and anger.
- Boost energy levels and enhance immune function.
- Increase self-awareness, presence, happiness, and joy.
- Foster self-love.
- Improve sleep quality.
