Reiki Level I-II Certification
The practice of Reiki is based on the concept that through our hands, we transmit Reiki (life energy) to a recipient, which can be oneself or another person (present or not in the space-time continuum), with the goal of alleviating discomfort or illness. Since Reiki is a universal energy, treatments can also be directed toward other living beings such as animals and plants, or even situations.
Reiki is a non-invasive energy with no side effects; it is a safe, effective practice that complements any other type of therapy. The Reiki method is founded on the belief that balanced flow of Vital Energy through the chakras ensures good health. According to this belief, dysfunction or blockage of energy in one or more chakras can lead to health issues and imbalances. The method involves directing Reiki energy to the chakras of the recipient, unlocking and enhancing their recovery process.
While Reiki cannot replace medical treatment, it can be used as a complementary approach. In the hands of skilled practitioners, it can effectively address a multitude of physical and psychological discomforts, including anxiety, stress, insomnia, physical and emotional conditions, headaches, digestive issues, and more, promoting an overall sense of well-being.
Reiki is both preventive and curative. It can assist in detoxification therapies, reduce side effects from various treatments, accelerate recovery from surgeries or illnesses, and improve the overall condition of both healthy and ill individuals. It balances energies, releases stagnant emotions, develops awareness, enhances creativity, and elevates life energy.
