Day #2: Philosophy and Gentle Practices
- Yoga Philosophy: Learn how to apply yoga principles to daily life to alleviate stress and anxiety.
- Gentle Postures: We will teach you how to modify yoga poses according to your flexibility and experience level.
Day #3: Understanding Yoga Styles and Chakras
- Styles of Yoga: An overview of various yoga styles and their unique benefits.
- What are Chakras? Understand the concept of chakras and how they relate to the endocrine system.
- Balancing Chakras: Learn techniques to balance your chakras for optimal health and well-being.
Day #4: Introduction to Meditation
- What is Meditation? Discover meditation techniques designed to help you experience mental peace and tranquility.
Connection: Yoga is designed to unify the connections between body, mind, and spirit. One of the benefits of an immersive yoga experience is the opportunity to focus on these connections.
